An Occupational Therapy Home Assessment is the investigation of a person’s ability to safely engage with their home environment.

OT home assessments include a thorough review of all areas of the home including access, and safe use of all facilities and furniture. Usual daily tasks are observed from a physical, sensory and cognitive perspective.
